Description

You will lead the migration of legacy Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) mappings to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing OWB mappings, process flows, and metadata to design equivalent ETL processes in ODI.
• Optimize and refactor ETL logic during migration to improve performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and business analysts to align migrations with technical requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation for migration processes and data flow mappings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ETL tools.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ODI.
• Proven experience migrating OWB projects to ODI.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data modeling and metadata management.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ODI 12c components, packages, load plans, and mappings.
• Knowledge of performance tuning in OWB and ODI environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD processes.
