Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize integration and automation solutions for finance, payroll, and HR operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and support integrations using C#, .NET, APIs, SFTP, Workday EIB/Studio, and custom ETL processes.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data processes.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and SQL-driven pipelines.
• Implement and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, including authentication methods like OAuth.
• Process and transform data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, Excel, and PDF files.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience developing integrations and automation solutions using C#, .NET, and APIs.
• Experience with Workday integrations, including EIB, Studio, or related tools.
• Proficiency with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and token-based authentication.
• Experience supporting finance, payroll, HR, or ERP-related systems and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration, automation, and data issues across platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tyler Technologies Incode Financials.
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll integrations.
• Familiarity with Python or scripting languages for automation or data processing.
