Description

You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to multifamily properties and mortgage portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and implement data models and pipelines using RDBMS, MongoDB, and other NoSQL databases.
• Utilize Informatica Cloud, including Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), for data integration, profiling, and quality monitoring.
• Define data quality rules and create reports/visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support data governance initiatives and mentor junior analysts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst, with 2+ years in the multifamily real estate or mortgage industry.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience with Informatica Cloud, specifically Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Experience with ETL Processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or AWS.
