Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter. You are responsible for extracting data from diverse sources, including databases, flat files, and AWS cloud services. Your work ensures data accuracy and consistency through rigorous transformation and cleansing processes before loading into data warehouses or marts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability, monitoring jobs and resolving failures.
• Cleanse and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance policies.
• Collaborate with data analysts and architects to gather requirements and maintain detailed documentation of mappings and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting.
• Understanding of data governance and security policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services for data integration.
