Description

You will design, build, and manage complex ETL processes and data pipelines to support large-scale data operations. You own the full lifecycle of data integration, from logical and physical database design to implementing and administering Hadoop clusters. You evaluate emerging Big Data technologies to develop next-generation analytics frameworks and ensure efficient data access. You provide 24x7 on-call support and technical guidance to junior team members while enforcing data management standards and policies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL processes and data pipelines for complex datasets.
• Administer, monitor, and scale Hadoop clusters.
• Create and enforce data management standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct statistical modeling, experiment design, and validate predictive models.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL processes and data engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Hadoop ecosystem and cluster administration.
• Experience building data visualization prototypes.
• Expertise in developing Big Data analytics frameworks.
• Ability to conduct logical and physical database design.
• Skilled in statistical modeling and predictive model validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing automated processes for scaling models.
• Background in identifying unique opportunities for new data collection.
