Description

Design, build, and optimize ETL processes to support HCM, payroll, and analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into enterprise platforms.
• Integrate data across payroll, HR, time management, and financial systems for reporting and compliance.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines to ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to translate data needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data integration best practices.
• Experience handling sensitive data with knowledge of GDPR and HIPAA compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
