Description

You will manage data pipelines and resolve production incidents within on-premise and cloud-based environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis to maintain system stability.
• Monitor data pipelines and system health to ensure all workflows run efficiently.
• Manage deployments and handle escalations to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform database performance tuning through query optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify requirements and implement solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL Informatica development.
• 5+ years of experience with Teradata.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in production support for on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica PowerExchange (PWX).
• Proficiency in Oracle, Teradata, and SQL Server for data manipulation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with system monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
• Knowledge of incident management and change management using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to use Python or Shell scripting for automation and process improvement.
