You will lead technical teams in designing and implementing scalable data processing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical professionals through the full development lifecycle.
• Design and implement data processing solutions using Azure Databricks and Spark.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Manage project risks and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical roles.
• Expertise in Azure Databricks, Spark, data pipelines, and data lakes.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
