Description

Lead data engineering initiatives using Informatica and Azure Databricks, mentoring a technical team to deliver scalable ETL solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and code quality.
• Design and implement data processing solutions using Azure Databricks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on project goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related technical roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency with Informatica and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage, specifically Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Database.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
