Description

You will lead a team of ETL developers and own the design, optimization, and operational excellence of data pipelines using Apache NiFi and AWS EMR.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and tuning of ETL pipelines using NiFi, PySpark, SQL, and AWS EMR.
• Manage workload distribution, sprint planning, and resource allocation for the development team.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ETL developers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure operational excellence, monitoring, and SLA adherence for all ETL processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in ETL or Data Engineering roles.
• 1+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, tuning, and handling errors in ETL jobs.
• Proficiency with Apache NiFi, PySpark, SQL, and AWS EMR.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MBA, or equivalent relevant experience.
