Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL pipelines to support data warehousing and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of ETL developers to build and maintain pipelines using AWS and IICS.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment of ETL code changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Handle communications with offshore contracting teams and provide technical mentorship.
• Support operations with deployments, run support, and L2 production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and architecture.
• Expertise in AWS services, specifically S3 and Redshift.
• Experience with IICS (CAI and CDI modules).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodology.
