Description

You will lead the development of data warehouse systems and ETL processes, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to release. You will architect and build SSIS packages, manage IBM Netezza and AWS Redshift environments, and mentor a team of developers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ETL pipelines using SSIS and AWS Glue.
• Manage and maintain data warehouse systems including IBM Netezza, MS SQL Server, and Sybase.
• Mentor developers and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Implement data integration processes involving Kafka message processing and batch interfaces.
• Oversee the complete data warehouse system lifecycle within the banking domain.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development.
• Strong expertise in MS SSIS and SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and AWS Glue.
• Proficiency with IBM Netezza and MS SQL Server/Sybase databases.
• Deep understanding of the banking and financial domain, including lending and deposit systems.
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud services such as Spark and EMR.
• Knowledge of MDM systems for customer demographics.
