Description

You will lead ETL development and data architecture for a Los Angeles-based team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for data warehouse and ETL development initiatives.
• Design dimensional models for OLTP, EDW, ODS, data marts, and data lakes.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines using AWS Redshift and Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Implement CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Ensure data governance, lineage, and quality across the platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Warehouse and ETL Development.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in Data Architecture and Dimensional Modeling.
• Proficiency with AWS Redshift and Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Strong Python and SQL skills, including performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• FinTech or Business Intelligence & Compliance Analytics experience.
• Infrastructure as Code and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to present solutions to C-Level Executives.
