Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level data applications and ETL/ELT processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, monitor, and optimize ETL and ELT processes using integrated data models.
• Design and implement identity and access management features, including authorization frameworks and encryption.
• Migrate existing on-premises solutions to cloud-based platforms.
• Resolve system performance and scalability issues through query optimization and transaction management.
• Own the full development lifecycle from initial design to final implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL leadership.
• Expertise in Snowflake, including modeling roles, databases, and schemas.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a focus on query tuning and database performance.
• Hands-on experience with DBT.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and metadata management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of data lakes, multi-dimensional models, and data dictionaries.
• Ability to set up resource monitors and perform performance tuning in Snowflake.
