Description

You will own ETL and Python automation testing to ensure data integrity across data transformation processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated ETL test cases for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
• Design and execute manual and automated UI front-end test cases.
• Identify, report, and track defects systematically through the development lifecycle.
• Clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage during the testing process.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Expertise in Python automation scripting.
• Proven experience in ETL testing covering data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL DBMS tools such as Oracle, Denodo, Azure Databricks, or SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools like JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with User Interface manual and automation testing.
