Description

You will lead ETL development and data engineering on Google Cloud Platform, owning the pipeline from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and GCP Dataflow.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
• Implement automation scripts using UNIX and Bash to streamline data workflows.
• Manage data operations within Google Cloud Platform, specifically leveraging Google BigQuery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python scripting and general Python development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Dataflow and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud (IICS) or PowerCenter (PC).
• Practical experience with UNIX/Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and technical teams.
• Ability to work onsite at the client location in Westlake, TX, five days a week.
