Description

Validate data integrity and software quality within a data warehouse environment. You will own the testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, estimate, and coordinate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Write complex SQL queries against multiple tables to perform data validation.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution in the defect tracking system.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or QA.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation in a data warehouse environment.
• Understanding of dimensions and facts.
• Basic Unix skills for validating source or target data from flat files.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and query logs.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Experience with Order Management systems.
• Ability to work independently.
