Description

You will lead and execute ETL testing across multiple data sources and target systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation, data quality checks, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and documentation.
• Validate data transformations, mappings, and workflows for accuracy.
• Support defect tracking, resolution, and reporting processes.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with QA best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ETL testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of data models.
• Experience testing data pipelines and transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and DBA concepts.
• Ability to identify ETL defects and validate data across systems.
• Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring team members.
• Familiarity with ETL development processes and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica, Talend, or DataStage.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
