Description

Lead and execute ETL testing across diverse data sources and target systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and root-cause analysis for data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts, and associated documentation.
• Validate data transformations, mappings, and workflows in collaboration with developers.
• Support defect tracking, resolution, and reporting processes to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established QA best practices and process standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ETL Testing experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience testing data pipelines and transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of data models and ability to validate data across systems.
• Ability to identify ETL defects and perform rigorous root-cause analysis.
• Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or SSIS.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
