Description

You will lead the development and automation of data integration pipelines and ETL processes. You own the full lifecycle of ETL programs, from mapping design to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy new ETL programs and data mappings to fulfill service requests.
• Automate ETL processes and pipelines using Python, Linux, and scheduling tools like Autosys or Tidal.
• Collaborate with DBAs to identify and fix performance bottlenecks in data workflows.
• Mentor junior developers on technology stacks and engineering best practices.
• Debug data quality issues by analyzing upstream sources and defining corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data integration (ETL).
• 5+ years of solution development using Informatica or DataStage.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS or Data Warehousing platforms, specifically Oracle or Teradata.
• Expertise in Linux and Python scripting for automation.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with the ability to write complex queries.
• Proficiency with Informatica, Oracle SQL, Tidal, Autosys, and Teradata.
• Strong understanding of logical and physical data models.
• Experience in data analysis, requirement collection, and identifying business rules.

Preferred Skills

• Informatica certifications.
• Healthcare domain experience.
