Description

You will own the reliability and observability of ETL data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot horizontal data movement across SaaS, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Support and maintain observability coverage for vendor-driven changes and integrations.
• Visualize and monitor complex data flows across multiple integrated systems.
• Apply SRE principles to incident response, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and automation.
• Manage and monitor data lineage, data quality, and multi-step integration orchestration.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Strong experience with observability tooling: Grafana, Splunk, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Familiarity with containerized environments using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience monitoring ETL processes and data movement across various platforms.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and general platform engineering practices.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
