Description

Define and lead enterprise-wide data integration and modernization strategy. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture, design, and delivery of integration solutions using Talend, HVR, and Starfish.
• Drive data migration, replication, and CDC initiatives at global scale while meeting SLAs.
• Establish data governance, compliance, and security frameworks for integration platforms.
• Lead cloud adoption and hybrid data architecture using AWS services.
• Provide strategic leadership to global engineering teams and partner with executive leadership on data strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data integration and architecture.
• Expert level in Talend and HVR, capable of coaching others.
• Advanced experience with AWS Cloud services, including Glue, S3, Redshift, RDS, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in defining and implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• In-depth knowledge of designing scalable and resilient data pipelines.
• Experience establishing data governance and security frameworks.
• Ability to partner with CIO/CDO/CTO level executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Starfish data integration tools.
• Background in global enterprise-scale data projects.
