Description

You will design and oversee Talend-based data architectures and ETL frameworks, defining system standards and overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define Talend system architecture, environment standards, and SVN repository structures.
• Develop reusable design patterns for data movement, surrogate key generation, and validation.
• Build foundational error/audit frameworks and source acquisition components.
• Mentor developers on ETL code logic, performance, and modularity.
• Create technical design documents and oversee end-to-end development.

Required Skills

• 12-15+ years of experience in ETL or Big Data Architecture.
• At least 3 years of recent, hands-on experience with Talend.
• Deep expertise in designing ETL frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.
• Ability to optimize ETL job performance and identify dependencies in complex flows.
• Experience defining coding specifications and technical design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
