Description

You will lead the migration of existing ETL systems to the Talend Data Fabric stack, building new jobs and managing data quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build new ETL jobs using Talend Data Fabric, including ESB and MDM tasks.
• Design and implement data extraction and transformation processes from Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Develop database objects such as tables, constraints, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Clean, validate, and transform data to meet target schemas and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to map source structures and execute data quality improvement plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Talend Data Fabric.
• 5+ years of ETL development experience within a health data organization.
• Proven experience converting ETL from third-party tools to Talend.
• Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Cloud Integration using large datasets.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Bash or Python scripting.
• Experience with cloud technologies including Azure and AWS.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA policies and handling PII/PHI sensitive data.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft DevOps Git Repos experience.
