Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of data warehousing solutions and end-to-end data workflows. Manage team output, delegate assignments, and mentor technical personnel to resolve bottlenecks and meet delivery goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect ETL strategies and design scalable data warehousing solutions.
• Lead the team, including hiring, training, and mentoring technical staff.
• Analyze user requirements to build and maintain effective data applications.
• Manage work assignments and team output to ensure timely delivery of end goals.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in ETL development and testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data warehousing and RDBMS.
• Expertise in Informatica and dbt for data transformation.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and multi-table joins.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, strategy, and design.
• Proven experience with Data Modeling.
• Proficiency with DataStage or Teradata.
• Proven ability in ETL development and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with various cloud-based ETL tools.
