Description

You will lead testing efforts for a critical Asset Management transition project, combining hands-on execution with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Lead and mentor a small testing team by providing technical guidance and sharing best practices.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, developers, BAs, and SMEs to align testing activities with project timelines.
• Facilitate UAT sessions with end users and collaborate with data migration teams to validate mapping and transformation rules.
• Assess automation requirements and manage project coordination across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Hands-on expertise in ETL testing.
• Experience using Tosca for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with ADO.
• Experience with Hexagon EAM.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end testing for complex migrations.
• Strong coordination skills to work with vendors and implementation partners.
• Any Graduate degree.
