Description

You will lead testing strategy and execution for ETL processes, data warehousing, and analytics reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and cases tailored for data warehousing and ETL workflows.
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source systems and target warehouses.
• Implement automation frameworks for ETL job testing using SQL and scripting languages.
• Guide a team of analysts, prioritize testing efforts, and track project milestones.
• Identify, document, and resolve defects through root cause analysis for data discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, procedures, views).
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
• Proven background in data integration, regression, and data quality testing.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns or inconsistencies.
• Several years of experience in data testing or QA with team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
