Description

Lead onshore ETL testing operations and coordinate between client stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure data pipeline quality and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore ETL testing operations across diverse project teams.
• Act as the primary contact between client stakeholders and offshore resources.
• Drive ETL automation initiatives to improve pipeline efficiency and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data, web, and mobile platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and resolve technical or operational challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing and data integration.
• Proficiency with ETL tools: Informatica, Talend, and SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Pytest automation frameworks.
• Experience managing onsite teams and coordinating with offshore resources.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Control-M or Airflow.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application architectures.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Certifications in ETL tools, cloud technologies, or automation frameworks.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles focused on delivery and quality.
