Description

You will lead onshore ETL testing operations and coordinate delivery across multiple project teams and offshore resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore ETL testing activities and serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Drive ETL automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and reliability of data pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing and data integration.
• Proven experience leading onsite teams and managing offshore coordination.
• Technical expertise in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Hands-on experience with ETL automation frameworks and scripting using Python and Pytest.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools like Control-M or Airflow.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Understanding of web and mobile application architectures.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Certifications in ETL tools, cloud technologies, or automation frameworks.
