Description

You will lead testing and validation for complex ETL processes and data integrity workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate data completeness, transformation logic, and source-to-target integrity.
• Develop automated test scripts using SQL and Python for regression testing and data validation.
• Perform data reconciliation, root cause analysis for discrepancies, and track defects using JIRA or Client ALM.
• Verify data consistency, business rule application, and referential integrity across data processing layers.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Analysts to document test results and QA processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing and data validation.
• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi, or AWS Glue.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation scripting.
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata.
• Practical knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, and big data platforms.
• Experience using test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Client ALM.
