Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for ETL processes and data validation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the validation approach and develop comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, negative, and deployment testing.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and work with operations teams to manage build deployments and execution in test environments.
• Execute and test ETL jobs using Control-M and Control Center.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle and report on testing progress, results, and build assessments.
• Produce technical deliverables including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Traceability Matrices, and Test Data documentation.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in ETL testing leadership roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data validation.
• Strong UNIX command line skills.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M and Control Center.
• Deep expertise in Ab Initio, including the ability to analyze Psets, graphs (.mp), and XFRs.
• Experience using Ab Initio Test Data Management (TDM) to mock-up and upload test data.
• Ability to manage and deliver traceability matrices and test case documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
