Description

You will own the testing strategy, automation frameworks, and process improvements for QA teams and cross-functional groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish test and automation strategy, creating common test frameworks and defining test processes.
• Lead test planning for complex features spanning the platform or multiple teams.
• Create and optimize test automation frameworks across UI, API, and Backend layers.
• Manage test execution, resolving, communicating, or escalating issues that impact the test plan.
• Ensure alignment and sign-off for test cases from business and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in SDLC processes.
• Experience establishing test and automation strategy.
• Experience with Test Data Management.
• Ability to create and manage test traceability, linking tests to requirements.
• Familiarity with defect management and reporting processes.
• Experience utilizing testing tools in various environments.
