Description

You own the testing strategy and processes for ETL functions, ensuring continuous improvement across QA teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage test and automation strategies across the application stack (UI, API, Backend).
• Define and optimize test processes, including defect management, reporting, and test data generation.
• Lead test planning for complex features spanning multiple teams or the platform.
• Ensure test case alignment and sign-off from business and relevant stakeholders.
• Create and manage traceability, linking tests forward and backward to requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in API testing.
• Experience establishing test automation frameworks and using automation tools.
• Skills in risk-based testing optimization.
• Experience contributing to test data management approaches and compliance.
• Ability to triage, report, and escalate defects with full background information.
• Familiarity with testing tools to execute tests in various environments.
