Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for the Data Warehouse product, from requirement analysis through defect management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and traceability matrices for ETL/ELT processes.
• Validate data transformations, migrations, profiling, and quality across Oracle and SQL Server sources.
• Design end-to-end data testing strategies and implement automation frameworks.
• Troubleshoot data issues and manage the full defect lifecycle within Jira or HP ALM.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to remediate data issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software product development and delivery experience.
• 5+ years of ETL testing and SQL experience, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• 3+ years with Informatica Power Center, IDQ, and IICS/IDMC.
• Proficiency in testing ETL mappings (Expressions, Lookups, Aggregators, Joiners).
• 2+ years with Azure Cloud tools (ADF, PySpark, Databricks notebooks).
• 2+ years with Python and libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib).
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 database systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to interpret and draw system and architecture diagrams.
• Experience summarizing large datasets into meaningful graphs and reports.
