Description

Lead ETL testing efforts across onsite and offshore teams to ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ETL test plans, cases, and scripts to validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Verify data mappings, transformations, and loading processes against business requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems using complex database queries.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to design efficient data structures and provide validation expertise.
• Manage testing teams across onsite and offshore locations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ETL testing.
• Expertise in Metadata, Data Completeness, Data Accuracy, Data Transformation, and Data Quality testing.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse concepts, including star schemas and snowflakes.
• Proficiency in validating dimensions and facts.
• Experience with initial and incremental load testing.
• Ability to run complex queries to validate database results.
• Experience managing teams in an onsite/offshore delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse environments.
