Description

You will lead ETL testing efforts for data integrity, reconciliation, and validation within an onsite and offshore delivery model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans for ETL processes.
• Develop and execute test cases and scripts to validate data mappings, transformations, and loading.
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems using complex database queries.
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to validate data structures and dimensional modeling.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ETL testing.
• Expertise in metadata, data completeness, data accuracy, and data transformation testing.
• Experience with data quality testing and initial/incremental load testing.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, star schemas, snowflake schemas, dimensions, and facts.
• Ability to write and run complex database queries for data validation.
• Proven ability to manage teams in an onsite and offshore model.
• Any Graduate degree.
