Description

You will own the quality assurance for complex data warehousing initiatives, ensuring data integrity across ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source-to-target mappings and ETL specifications to design and execute comprehensive test cases.
• Perform automated regression testing across non-production environments.
• Analyze error logs in UNIX, update shell scripts, and create SQL scripts to resolve defects.
• Validate data warehouse structures, including Relational Database Design Methods and SCD.
• Test Cloud Data Platform components using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Gen2 and Snowflake.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of Quality Engineering experience.
• 5 years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica workflows or similar ETL tools.
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting and SQL.
• 1-2 years of experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) Gen2 and Snowflake, ideally using WhereScape Red.
• Experience with at least one large-scale data warehouse project.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium for automation.
• Proficiency in coding with Python or Java.
