Description

You will validate data ingestion pipelines, transformation processes, and complex data validation scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Test data ingestion pipelines and transformation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Automate tests across multiple platforms and technologies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage test cases and handle end-to-end issue and defect management.
• Verify systems that capture, maintain, and verify field-generated metadata.
• Integrate testing tools with GitLab and apply Agile methods for cloud-based deployments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ETL testing.
• Mainframe background with experience extracting files from Mainframes (MF) and comparing them in DB2.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Python for automation and scripting tasks.
• Proficiency in DB2, Aurora SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Expertise in Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS for report testing.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica for ETL processes.
• Familiarity with SNS, SQS, and Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of AWS services, including S3.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing backend and frontend integrations, including APIs and web services.
