Description

You will own end-to-end testing of ETL and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform source-to-target validation, transformation logic checks, and business rule verification for data pipelines.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and test data for ETL workflows and batch jobs.
• Validate data quality metrics including consistency, duplicate handling, null management, and reconciliation.
• Conduct data profiling and anomaly detection using SQL and Python-based scripts.
• Verify pipeline dependencies, scheduling outcomes, and failure scenario reruns for data warehouses and lakes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, or Database Testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and stored procedure validation.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Python for test utilities, validations, or automation.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts: source-to-target mapping, transformations, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with large datasets and ensuring high data quality standards.
• Solid grasp of QA fundamentals: test design, defect lifecycle, regression testing, and reporting.
