Description

You will own the quality assurance of ETL processes, ensuring data integrity from source systems through to the data warehouse.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for ETL processes, validating data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Utilize PL/SQL and MySQL to write complex queries for data validation and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to streamline testing workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to identify data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Document test cases, results, and participate in requirement analysis and design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing and data validation techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and MySQL for data analysis and query writing.
• Hands-on experience with Python for test automation and scripting.
• Experience validating data across source systems, staging, and data warehouse layers.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including facts, dimensions, and star/snowflake schemas.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, workflows, and testing methodologies (functional, regression).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate accepted).
