You own the testing strategy and processes, ensuring continuous improvement for testing efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish test and automation strategy, creating common test frameworks and managing test processes.
• Create and optimize test automation frameworks across the application stack (UI, API, Backend).
• Lead test planning for complex features spanning multiple teams or the platform.
• Ensure alignment and sign-off for test cases with business and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional testing experience.
• Experience defining and managing test processes, including defect management and reporting.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Ability to create and optimize test automation frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in Test Data Management approaches, processes, and tools.
• Experience creating and managing test traceability through the development lifecycle.
• Ability to handle multiple QA teams and cross-functional requirements.
