Description

You will design and develop Ab Initio ETL solutions for data warehouse and mart implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end ETL solutions, producing High Level and Detailed ETL Design Documents.
• Perform technical analysis to solve complex issues during project delivery.
• Execute code reviews and test case reviews, ensuring development meets quality and version control standards.
• Manage project deliverables including release notes, unit test results, runbooks, and deployment guides.
• Communicate delivery risks proactively and work independently to address project requirements.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Ab Initio ETL projects and solution design.
• Expertise in Ab Initio components: GDE, Plans, EME, m-hub, and DQE.
• Proficiency in Ab Initio PSETS, PDL Programming, and Meta Programming.
• Strong knowledge of Ab Initio parallelism techniques.
• Advanced SQL and Unix shell scripting skills.
• Experience with the full SDLC lifecycle in DW BI environments.
• Ability to produce requirement traceability matrices and manage tag requests/approvals.
