Description

Lead ETL development and data pipeline delivery for a large-scale banking data engineering initiative.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL solutions using Ab Initio, PDL, and meta-programming.
• Lead end-to-end data pipeline delivery, including test planning and defect resolution.
• Transform, ingest, and validate large-scale datasets within cloud and distributed environments.
• Support Agile ceremonies and coach junior developers on engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio in large-scale ETL projects.
• Proficiency with PDL and meta-programming.
• Experience working with AWS S3 and Redshift.
• Working knowledge of Hadoop and Hive environments.
• Experience with data ingestion and large-scale data transformation.
• Background in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong leadership experience within Agile teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark and real-time data streaming.
