Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using DataStage for a banking client. You will manage data warehousing in Snowflake and optimize DB2 databases to ensure high-performance transactions. Your role involves troubleshooting ETL and database issues, ensuring data quality, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage.
• Manage and optimize DB2 databases for transactional performance.
• Implement data warehousing solutions and database management in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet data requirements.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Snowflake, DB2, and DataStage.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
