Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse as a senior member of the data management team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced data warehouse architecture, including data modeling and metadata design.
  • Translate business requirements into technical BI designs using iterative development methodologies.
  • Develop efficient ETL processes to ensure timely data availability for users.
  • Design, deploy, and manage standardized, centralized data sources for agency reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain the data warehouse, tools, and continuous release/testing processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ETL and data warehouse development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with OLAP concepts and implementation.
  • Experience with Tableau for business intelligence solutions.
  • Ability to reverse engineer business rules from data streams and source systems.
  • Experience implementing BI security best practices, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience establishing best practices for development, testing, migration, and error handling.
