Description

You will execute ETL data validation, verification, and database testing within a data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute ETL data validation and verification processes.
• Develop and run database testing scenarios using SQL stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Manage the defect life cycle and implement testing strategies.
• Handle release testing, sign-off, and deployment methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and escalate technical issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Transact-SQL and advanced SQL concepts.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing processes.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of testing principles and the defect life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Market Data such as Fixed Income, Equity, or Index/Benchmarks.
