Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale data integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS, PowerCenter, Snowflake, GCP, and Azure.
• Spearhead complex data migration initiatives from on-premises databases (Oracle, SQL Server) to cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery) with a focus on data integrity and cost efficiency.
• Oversee Informatica infrastructure including installation, upgrades, server migrations, and repository management while establishing enterprise-wide standards.
• Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions implementing Slowly Changing Dimensions, Change Data Capture, and partition strategies for batch and real-time processing.
• Manage production incidents through ServiceNow, coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and implement permanent solutions to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Informatica (IDMC/IICS, Power Center, Power Exchange) and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, Azure).
• Deep expertise in RDBMS systems including Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Postgres, and DB2 with advanced SQL/PL/SQL capabilities.
• Proven experience migrating data from on-premises sources to cloud databases like Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (Unix/PowerShell) and scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, or UC4 for automation.
• Strong background in data warehousing, data integration, and application integration within Retail, Pharma, Banking, or Healthcare domains.
• Experience extracting data from GCS, AWS, and Azure blob files into data warehouses.
• Ability to create and manage Informatica Cloud IICS services (CDI, CDQ, CAI) including mappings, tasks, and processes.
• Strong skills in data quality governance, including developing test plans, test scripts, and performing System/Integration Testing.
