Description

You design and build ETL processes, data pipelines, and database structures to support large-scale data initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design logical and physical database structures and implement automated data processes.
• Build ETL processes and data pipelines to aggregate complex datasets.
• Implement, configure, and monitor Hadoop clusters and big data frameworks.
• Conduct statistical modeling, experiment design, and validate predictive models.
• Establish data management standards, policies, and provide technical guidance to junior members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Strong background in data visualization and prototyping.
• Experience designing and developing next-generation Big Data analytics frameworks.
• Proficiency in Hadoop cluster administration and monitoring.
• Ability to conduct statistical modeling and evaluate emerging big data technologies.
• Experience creating and enforcing data management standards and procedures.
• Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support and communicate status to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica or similar enterprise ETL tools.
• Background in identifying unique opportunities for data collection and usage.
