Description

You will manage quality assurance activities across functional and non-functional testing cycles, ensuring rigorous validation of business requirements and system behavior.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements to develop test strategies, risk-based testing tactics, and detailed test plans.
• Author and maintain automated scripts following industry best practices for platform and application testing.
• Execute manual test cases and automated scripts to detect and report defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Business Systems Analysts to refine business requirements.
• Participate in DevOps initiatives to implement shift-left testing approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Strong SQL knowledge for backend testing.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, C++, R, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools including Cucumber, JUnit, Jenkins, and Selenium.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Black-box testing and backend testing capabilities.
• Experience working in blended teams with onsite, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on testing experience with healthcare systems like QNXT, Facets, or Syntranet.
• Familiarity with EDI transactions (834, 835, 837).
• ISTQB Certification.
