Description

You will validate data integrity during the migration of on-prem SQL Server data to Snowflake, owning the end-to-end testing of ETL processes, data extracts, and BI dashboards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ETL pipelines, data extracts, and file ingestions.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect tracking reports to ensure deployment compliance.
• Validate BI dashboards in Power BI or Tableau against business logic and source data.
• Migrate business requirement documents from Excel into Confluence for better traceability.
• Collaborate with QA Managers, developers, and business analysts to review requirements and estimate testing efforts.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of QA experience with a focus on ETL and data warehouse testing.
• Advanced SQL skills for backend testing and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, DevOps, or ALM.
• Experience with data modeling, source-to-target mapping, and ETL pipeline testing.
• Familiarity with Python, C#, or .NET.
• Experience with ETL Works or similar data integration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain expertise involving clinical, claims, member, or provider data.
• Experience with data warehouse migrations.
